OUR HISTORY
Rudy Odom Jr., Founder
(1956-2020)
RWO, LLC was founded by the late, great Rudy Odom Jr. It was his vision to provide unrivaled personnel solutions to the Oil and Gas Industry that we continue today.
Rudy Odom Jr. garnered 20 years of oil and gas experience before he founded our company. During his 20 years of experience, Rudy spent 16 years with Chevron as a Drilling Engineer then a Drilling Superintendent. He then spent four years as the Drilling Manager with an Independent Oil Company. When Rudy founded RWO in 1999, the company operated from Rudy’s home office until growth and expansion required a move into our current headquarters in Mandeville, Louisiana. Due to our consistent growth over the years and the commitment to furnish our customers’ needs, we now supply a more diverse network of consultants all over the World. Our mission is to facilitate expert personnel that exemplify our industry’s best safety practices in order to reach our clients HES goals.
